At halftime I received a text from Shannon asking me if I was me. (I understood that.) Yes, that is indeed me taking photos. Shannon works in Longview and I have worked with her in the past. Turns out her daughter is a freshman on the UT Tyler team. #12. Yes, small world. Woman next to here is the mother of #40. Yes, of course I will take some shots.

If you're having your picture taken while chasing balls you might as well smile and look happy.

Can you believe my mom sent that old guy a text? I am so embarrassed. (Yes, Doug has a daughter. I get it.)

Don't worry. You'll get over it. You still might find a husband someday.

But, if he's going to take my photo I should at least take out my mouth guard.

So, how many hugs does a Comet get for scoring two goals againt UT Tyler?
