So, what is different about these two shots? In the second shot I played with the "white balance" in Adobe Camera Raw before pulling the file into Photoshop.

As I view my long plight with the lighting in the gym, the problem is the color of the light coming from my flash is a totally different color from the light coming from the lights on the ceiling. So, the color of the "mixture" of the light will be different on every shot depending upon the distance of the subject from my flash. So, it would stand to reason the the white balance could be a little different on virtually every photo.

Again, the only difference is I adjusted the white balance before bringing the shot into Photoshop. The second photo does appear to be a bit on the orange side.
