The West receiver made the catch and was headed to the end zone when he dropped the ball out of bounds. At the time I actually thought it would work out for the best, as West would be able to run out the clock.

But, West was not able to score and so that was the end of the game and another exciting season of Plano West football.

I had a blast photographing the players and the Royales. (But that should not be a surprise to anybody.) Best wishes to all the graduating seniors. There are many I am going to miss.

And to the Plano West teachers: Look out. My daughter is coming.
