 Needless to say, the white uniforms make for sharper photos. The lighting at Jaguar Stadium is also exceptional for a high school venue.

Given it was pouring rain, the modern stadium allowed the white uniforms to stay white. I miss the mud. Take a look at these shots under similar weather conditions and a grass field.

Those shots were taken just four years ago, yet it was also four cameras ago. Back then I was using a Nikon F3 (vintage 1980) manual focus with film. Today, I use a hand held computer that I simply point at the action.
